RSS Explained
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) allows users to instantly see when websites have been updated.
By using RSS feeds it is possible to view the latest headlines and articles (or even video files, photographs and audio) in a single place, as soon as information is published without having to remember to revisit each website every day.
RSS takes the hassle out of having to stay up-to-date, by automatically showing the very latest information that a user has subscribed to. RSS feeds are simply a special kind of web page, designed to be instantly read by computer systems rather than people.
